I commend Brandon Waring of BW Plumbing and Heating SW for highly efficient service. My wife discovered that one of our exterior walls looked like it had rising damp. She thought we had a leaking pipe. We texted BW Plumbing and they came out to look at the problem. Brandon quickly diagnosed the water damage was due to a constantly dripping discharge pipe. He correctly determined that this due to an issue with the hot water system.
Once he had checked the boiler system, he identified the faulty parts that needed to be replaced. New parts were ordered and Brandon returned a couple of days later to install them. This fixed the problem however, not entirely. Brandon intuitively realised the new valve was faulty which meant another trip to replace it, so he really went the extra mile for us.
Brandon has a great attitude and takes the time to patiently explain technical issues in layman’s terms. Plus, he has a knack of diagnosing problems. Thank you, Brandon for your excellent service and quick turnaround. You really saved the day and the marriage too! I highly recommend BW Plumbing and Heating SW.
