Simon Hall Will Writing Services is an award-winning estate planning company, based in Exeter that serves the Southwest. The company which has grown rapidly over the past five years is headed up by Simon and Linda Hall and is known as “Your friendly professional Will Writer.” Simon and Linda also handles Trusts, Lasting Power Of Attorney (LPAs) and Probate.
Simon Hall has had a diverse working career but found his niche in helping people to navigate their future legacy through Will Writing. “My goal is to educate my clients so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families. Linda and I don’t see Will Writing as a ‘One size fits all’ service. Every Will is different and needs to be tailored for each person.
With 25 years of customer service, Linda Hall brings a wealth of expertise to Simon Hall Will Writing Services. See: “For me, it’s all about having Peace of Mind“.

Simon Hall Will Writing Services offers first-rate Estate Planning. Simon is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of will writing and helps one understand the complex options available in simple terms. He is also good at exploring ‘what if’ scenarios to set one’s mind at rest. Although Simon never tells people what to do, his explanations are really helpful and I appreciate the mirror wills he did for my wife and myself. Having a large blended family comes with a level of complexity, but Simon was able to help us to divide our assets fairly. He also presented options we had not considered, ie he suggested ways we can protect our property as tenants in common. I have recommended Simon and Linda to several colleagues and they have also been very happy with the service they have received.
