The company was founded by Alison Lambert who is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) with over 20 years’ experience in the HR profession.  Alison is also the Chair of the CIPD Devon & Cornwall Branch, the professional body for Human Resources.
