1st Business Finance has been helping companies survive and grow for over 30 years. Services offered include development finance, refurbishment finance, short term finance and commercial mortgages. Most of what the company does is property related, for example pubs and care homes.

The company is led by  Nick Verstage (AIBD Dip FPC CeMap) who specialises in helping business owners raise cash when it is most needed to drive their business forward. “Most people think that the only lenders that will do commercial finance are found on the high street however that is not the case,” says Nick, “We have access to banks and professional lending institutions you may not be aware of.”
