   I would like to commend Ben Rourke of BSR Decorating for his professional service with regard to the Exeter Kindness Project I have been involved in.

   Ben braved three floors of scaffolding to paint a 10m2 wall to provide a blank canvas for a large-scale mural in Central Exeter. He also went to great care to paint a black strip at the base of the wall and alongside the stairwell. And, he did all this in record time! Ben, we appreciate the quick turnaround and the excellent job you did.

   Furthermore, Ben was always on hand to give advice about the project and the materials needed. He is highly knowledgeable about paint products and techniques as well as the temperature required to ensure quick drying in cold weather.

   Ben must be one of the most good-natured tradespeople in Exeter, always positive and reassuring. Plus, he has a generous heart. Thank you Ben for arranging to get paint for the mural donated.

   We also appreciate you going the extra mile, when the freshly painted wall was the target of graffiti. Thanks for covering over the mess and we look forward to you adding an anti-graffiti layer. Good thing we have your number on speed dial!
