Dave Mutton is a business coach based in London and Exeter, who helps businesses overcome challenges, fostering growth.
“The five main reasons why businesses fail are clear,” says Dave. “They are: a lack of focus on your core business; trying to do too much before expanding; poor management; poor process; and inconsistent marketing. As a business coach I help company owners and leaders solve these problems and grow their business.”
Dave has worked on Internet projects since the mid 90’s. He was part of the team that launched Amazon.co.uk in 1998 and went onto to work at Yahoo. He has since worked with many different start-ups. He started Dave Mutton Consulting in 2015.
In addition to working as a consultant, Dave also works professionally as a photographer, covering both corporate and individual projects.
