Joy Parke, Utility Warehouse

Joy Parke is a creative entrepreneur with a background in healthcare. Today she strives to support the public sector with more affordable utility bills through Utility Warehouse. She is also a Lighter Life Personal Mentor helping her clients manage their weight.

Originally from Northampton, Joy has lived in Devon for many years. Her dream is to have a wellness centre where all facets of her experience and training can benefit the community.  A woman of many talents, she has several creative outlets. From being a singer/ songwriter to a qualified Street Dance Teacher to styling hair as a qualified barber.

Joy was nominated for the West Country Women Awards for 2023. As Jo Lines wrote: “This fabulous lady has spent her life dedicating herself to others in nursing and is launching an amazing wellness community hub to help bring the joy back to local people. By having a holistic approach and supporting mental, physical and spiritual health to make a difference and boost people’s self-esteem.”
