Overview
Kay Tregenna Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice based in East Devon, founded and run by architect Kay Tregenna. Kay established the practice in 2019 following more than 20 years working in architectural practices across the South West. She works directly with clients throughout their projects, from initial ideas and concept design through planning, technical design and construction.
The practice specialises in residential architecture, helping homeowners adapt and improve properties they already love. Projects include home extensions, remodelling, loft conversions, barn conversions, listed buildings and bespoke new homes. Kay also works with schools, nurseries, developers and commercial clients, with projects undertaken across Devon and the wider South West.
Kay is a Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Her professional experience includes residential, education and commercial projects, with an emphasis on finding practical design solutions that work for the building, its setting and the people who use it.
