Website

KingdomBiz is an interdenominational Christian business community based at Rediscover Church in Exeter, founded by Al and Heather Whitmoor-Pryer. It connects people across Devon and the wider South West who want to put their faith into practice at work. Business owners and employees are welcome, as are those who have an idea for a new venture.

The KingdomBiz Hub meets online through Microsoft Teams and offers a place to discuss business challenges and learn from guest speakers, with time to pray for one another. The KingdomBiz Academy also offers a 12-week Preparation for Business Course, which combines business study with personal development.

KingdomBiz hosts the annual Rediscover Business & Leadership conference in Exeter. The 2026 event takes place on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November at the Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel. A Friday evening networking reception precedes a full Saturday programme, with speakers including Steve Pailthorpe and Rachel Hickson. The conference explores how Christian faith can shape business decisions and leadership, with practical insights for people at every stage of their working life.
