Overview
Rooted in Exeter, Just Smile Dental is a Devon business with a bold vision to open further practices across the South West. Also, through its Corporate Dental Membership, Just Smile Dental is looking to partner with local businesses to provide better employee wellbeing, offering priority appointments, evening and Saturday availability and other benefits for corporate members.
Based at a prestigious address on Denmark Road, Just Smile Dental is known for painless, personalised treatment and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, something patients mention time and again in their reviews. The practice is run by Dr Miklós Poratunszky who brings serious credentials to the city. He holds an MSc in Advanced Dental Implantology from the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology and Aston University in Birmingham, along with a postgraduate diploma in dental implantology gained in 2021.
Just Smile Dental covers everything from routine check-ups, hygiene visits and fillings through to dental implants, Invisalign teeth straightening, veneers, crowns and root canal treatment. There are also facial aesthetics on offer, including lip fillers and anti wrinkle treatments, and emergency appointments are usually available on the same day, including Saturdays.
Weekend availability makes it a practical choice for anyone who struggles to get away from work during the week. First visits are unhurried too. New patients get a thorough initial consultation lasting up to an hour, which includes an oral cancer screening, X-rays and a treatment plan built around their needs and budget.

Just Smile Dental continues to impress me each time I visit. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but Dr Miklós immediately puts you at ease. Not only does his winning smile show exactly what his patients dream of, he’s also one of the most down to earth, fun and supportive medical professionals you could hope to meet. Add to that a phenomenal dental hygienist who takes the time to recommend genuinely helpful resources, such as a toothpaste that reduces bleeding gums, and you can see why I keep coming back. I also like the young, diverse team!
